Cancellation Policy

According to Ventum Villas‘s cancellation policy, in case of cancellation of your Accommodation reservation, please note the following conditions:

  • Free cancellation and 100% refund up to 30 days before booking.
  • For cancellations 15 days before your arrival, 100% of the total cost of the deposit is withheld.
  • In case of late cancellation or no-show the total amount of the deposit will be charged.

Payment Policy

According to the Ventum Villas payment policy, please note the following terms:

  • A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation by cash or credit card in euros.

Use of the Pool

– Each villa has a private pool of 40 sq.m. in a fenced area, but does not have any surveillance service with the presence of a supervisor/lifeguard and any use that will be made is at the full responsibility and risk of the quests.

– The pool has a depth of 120 cm to 200 cm and must only be used by people over the age of 18 who know how to swim and have been recognized for the stay.

– Minors may use the pool exclusively and only with the presence and continued supervision of adults.

– For your own safety please do not run around the pool

The owners of Ventum Villas disclaim any responsibility for property damage or personal injury resulting from accidents or resulting from improper behavior and/or neglect of the most basic safety regulations (eg:. bathrooms near meals or in state of intoxication).

The pool is cleaned daily after consultation with the residents and if they wish.
